March Madness did not disappoint!  Our guests brought the HEAT to Sisters for a funny, touching, jamming Sunday session (watch the entire episode on YouTube.)

In it’s debut performance, we welcomed PEARRING SOUND’s combo of Adam on funky a$$ bass grooves, filled w the smooth & bluesy tones of Jeff’s sax and backed by the solid beats of Flynn!  Inspired by the urban landscape, they meld together the sounds of jazz, funk, and American blues.

We also were excited to welcome the very funny, the very talented comedian & performance artist, VONIA ARSLANIAN to the stage!

Her heartfelt tribute to her Grandma along w her songs about gender equality when it comes to racy pics had us rolling!

Our fabulous ‘Person of Interest’ this month was the extremely talented, multi-medium artist, MARGARITA KOROL.  

She read excerpts from her award-winning memoir about her mother’s journey from the former Soviet Union to the US, backed by Pearring Sound, and some select poems.

We had a great round table discussion on staying creative, where our creativity sparks from, and how to support each other.

It was a wonderful night.
